The location was perfect - centrally located yet surprisingly quiet, with just a short walk to Hyde Park. The hotel itself was a smaller boutique hotel, which gave it a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and we were even actually surprised with a room upgrade to a junior suite. The room itself was fine, with beautiful design and all the amenities we could need, including a spacious bathroom with a luxurious deep bath and separate shower. We also appreciated the smaller details like the powerful hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and choice of pillows. The hotel bar, with its outside terrace, was a great place to relax and we could imagine it being even lovelier in the summer. this hotel provided the perfect blend of traditional British essence with modern comfort and convenience.

From the moment we arrived, we felt luxurious and exclusive. the service was outstanding, and we were quickly checked into our elegant and spacious room with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness center was perfect for unwinding with a full body massage, and the garden area provided a lovely retreat from the city. the restaurant's in-room breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing evening. Special diet menus were also available, which was a pleasant surprise.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the temperature control in the room. It was working erratically, but this was a very small concern considering the impeccable service and quality we received.
